Refund policy
We hope you love your products as much as we do. At WEST + PEAK, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of candles and soaps, used product cannot be returned. However, if your product arrived damaged, just email us at info@westandpeak.com within 7 days with your order number, a photo and item details and we will get back to you as soon as possible to make return/exchange arrangements.
